Easy Airway Care is committed to fulfilling one of Hospices Missions to offer “improved” palliative care to patients, while saving hospice money.

We have come up with a way to help alleviate the panic, discomfort, and struggle when your patients go into a medical drowning crisis, or in the event of a power outage.

Introducing the Easy Airway Care Manual Suction Devices

“Every Hospice field nurse in America must have a  manual suction device in their basic car stock.”

Did you know the electric suction machine provided by the Emergency Field Service Call is $60 to $120 just to put the suction machine on the vehicle? Then there is the added costs of $200 to $300 for time, use, and maintenance. These are significant costs to Hospice, Medicare/Medicaid, and insurances.

Born from the “Kitchen table” of a team of 20 Continuous Care LPNs, seeking an alternative to the electric suction machine for hospices most vulnerable patients with end stage heart and lung disease. These patients transition rapidly to imminent status, and go into a medical drowning crisis. Pharmaceuticals, such as Atropine, and patient positioning, are often ineffective for these patients. Field nurses are aware end stage heart and lung disease present the most difficult symptoms of excessive secretions to successfully manage. Hospice falls short in offering improved palliative care in this area.

When the “Emergency Call” to deliver the suction machine, which has finally been made, with a 2-3 hour delay, and often arrives too late to be effective, or the patient has died. During this time, the family looks to the nurse to “do something”, when patients can’t wait.  The nurse is “powerless”. A manual suction device with early intervention, or during a power outage, is the obvious solution, for under $40.

Case Managers, Triage, On-Call, and Continuous Care LPN’s are seeking an alternative to the electric suction machine for early intervention. The manual suction device is the “obvious” alternative solution, for under $40.

Easy Airway Care (EAC) was developed and established to offer, exclusively, for Hospice, the manual suction devices as an alternative early intervention tool, and is cost effective, offering improved palliative care to patients.

EAC has researched the world, extensively, finding two (2) appropriate and quality manual suction devices to offer Hospice.

We have established “Exclusive Pricing” with our Manufacturers for Hospice to offer the best and lowest prices.
